A man in the Culdesac in Lirath can teach you how to act.
The quest:
From the west gate of Lirath, e, 3n, 2e, n, nw, lsay anything, heta c toughlon.
Emote takes the text provided and emotes it to every player in the same room. It will appear on their screen with your name prepended to it.
