From the RDT, e, 2n, 3w, n, open grate, 3down, 4w, 2n, open drawer, 2s, sw, nw, 2n, pray to severan, 2s, se, s, wriggle crack, se, sw, s, se, bandage elessar, show faith, nw, n, ne, nw, wriggle crack, n, nw, 2w, enter grave, hold hands, hold spade, dig dirt, out, 2e, se, ne, 2e, show phial, e, 3up (and you're out with a pendant)

The Pendant of Severan protects against banishment to the abyss. It will be destroyed in any attempt however. Make sure you don't have any pendants of any sort in your inventory while doing this quest.
